BEHIND THE LENS

Richelle Alexander officially started her own photography business in 2012. Her interest in photography began at a very early age as she picked up the interest just by taking pictures with a point-and-shoot. Later, her father introduced to her to older model cameras. Richelle discovered her love of photography, through photojournalism in high school, and began taking her love for photography to a whole new level. Those images landed her in to taking pictures for local/church events as well as for her high school. After much success in photography locally, Richelle embarked on a new chapter in her life with starting college and turning to photography as a career.

Richelle currently resides in Lexington, Virginia and attends Dabney S. Lancaster Community College. Where she is obtaining a degree in Business then will transfer to Virginia State University where she will continue her study in Business as well as Photography.
